What is CharacterWeaver Premium?

CharacterWeaver Premium is a subscription service that allows you to participate in the development of the bot. You don't need it to use CharacterWeaver, but by subscribing you'll get a range of exclusive features to help you get the best possible quality.

Can I transfer my premium subscription to another server?

Yes. It's perfectly possible to do this in just a few moments.Here's a link to our documentation to help you. However, it is not possible to transfer a subscription to another Discord account.

Can I get an invoice for my payment?

Yes. You'll find all your invoices on the dashboard when you need them. They should be valid for all purposes, including company accounting.

What's the money for?

CharacterWeaver is a company, and CharacterWeaver Premium keeps it alive. This helps to cover development costs, hosting fees and taxes, so that users can be assured of the highest quality.

Can I stop my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription in just a few clicks from your dashboard. Your subscription will continue to work until the end of the billing period, but you will no longer be billed.

Which payment methods are available?

We accept most payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Bancontact, iDEAL, Sofort, SEPA Direct Debit.

Can I pay in another currency?

Our payment processor accepts virtually all currencies, although we cannot guarantee that all currencies are supported depending on the payment method you use; it is highly likely that your currency will be accepted.
